A white rabbit, his head stuck in a hole, trying to fish out the worms he'd seen winking at him through the soil. flicking their fat pink bodies with his tongue, trying to pop them with his teeth; he pushes his head deeper... and deeper. The dark soil shakes and the worms curl, painting themselves against the walls of hole. Black shifts to alabaster and pink bodies stretch beyond the horizon. The rabbit falls, his body becoming light itself; pulling against organ and skin until he bursts and melds into the milky sky, red blood mellowing to pink and slowly finding footfalls with the worms.
